Something Special

Every custom piece at my little corner in Bellingham, MA starts the same way: a ball of yarn, a crochet hook, and a story you want to tell through a gift.
I work only with yarn - no fabric bases or shortcuts - so every stitch in your order is built by hand. For babies, I'm often asked to create full layette sets: soft blankets with matching hats and booties, or a newborn cardigan and tiny shoes to tuck into a hospital bag. Parents and grandparents tell me those sets become the "kept forever" gift from the shower.
As children grow, the requests shift to hooded sweaters, ponchos, cozy cardigans, and Relax & Read blankets with books. I match colors to nurseries, favorite outfits, or even a beloved stuffed animal so everything feels pulled together. Do you have a favorite book? I can make a blanket to match.
On the home side, I make afghans and blankets in granny squares or classic patterns and more - each one sized and colored exactly how you want, from couch throws to bed-sized heirlooms. For adults, I crochet hats, scarves, and shawls that feel like a warm hug on a cold day, often ordered as birthday or holiday gifts.
